This is just a simple page to show off a friend who lived on my sliding glass door for about 5 days in early September 2004. Severe winds tore the web structure down a total of 3 times, after which the spider moved on..
I was blessed to see nature in action, and witnessed at least a half-dozen feedings. On this particular day, I was very intrigued by the big fly trapped in this web and decided to snap some photos. This fly was devoured in about an hour.
